Sliced Coconut : It's Sliced, Not Broken

As soon as possible

“Please answer ASAP!”

Have you ever thought that as soon as possible can as well be next week, or next month, maybe in half a year?

Sure, done is done and what you can do now doesn’t bother you tomorrow. Urgent is not important. And often what is important to you (but not urgent) – writing the email to a long friend, sorting your photos, planning your vacation, writing a book, taking a pause, living your life – takes the backseat. Whatever urgent you get done today, realize, there will always be urgent things tomorrow. So you keep reacting day in and day out. And some important thing never happen.

Whatever urgent you get done today, realize, there will always be urgent things tomorrow. So you keep reacting day in and day out. And some important thing never happen.

The yes to urgent, not important things is a no to all non-urgent, but important. Say yes to important. Say yes to you.
